Treadmill with a Coach

Our state-of-the-art hockey treadmill sessions are designed to enhance skating technique, speed, and endurance in a controlled environment. Work 1-on-1 with an experienced coach for fully personalized training, or opt for a semi-private session (up to 3 players) to challenge yourself alongside peers while still receiving individual attention.

Individual Shooting Lanes

Dedicated shooting lanes allow players to practice and perfect their shooting accuracy, power, and release without distractions. Each lane is equipped with professional-grade targets and training aids to simulate real game scenarios.

Development Area

A flexible training space ideal for skill drills, stickhandling, passing practice, and small-area games. Suitable for individuals or small groups of up to 6 players, this area fosters creativity and quick decision-making skills in tight spaces.

Goalie Development Area

Specialized goalie training zone for 1 to 3 goaltenders at a time. Focus on key goaltending fundamentals such as positioning, reflexes, rebound control, and reading the play.

Strength and Conditioning gym

Gym that offers a variety of elite-level equipment, lifting station, cable machine, full dumbbell sets, hex bards, legs, bands, battle ropes and more. Train on your own or with a friend to challenge yourself and build strong habits for hockey and for life.

Skate Sharpening & Profiling

Keep your blades in peak condition with our professional ES-4 “sharpener” and E-P3 “profiler” machines. Experience the perfect edge and balance for optimal glide, precision, and control—so you stay game-ready every pass, every pivot.
